A great recipe for fruit ice
1 cup water
1 cup fresh lime juice
5 peeled kiwis
Bring to boiling water in the middle pan. Reduce the heat and add the mint leaves, let pokipyat for 10-15 minutes, stir occasionally.
Mint resulting “broth” should drain and chop with him in a blender 4 kiwi fruit, lime juice (optional, you can strain the mixture to remove the seeds of the kiwi).
Cool the mixture and pour into molds. Put the next fruit ice in the refrigerator for about an hour (or more), so that the upper part is not entirely frozen.
Then cut the remaining kiwi on thin slices and make a small incision in the center.
Place the slices of kiwi on top of the ice and slide through the slot for the popsicle stick. Kiwi to be slightly submerged in the ice is not yet frozen.
Put ice in the fridge and freeze completely.
