Recipe A health drink – ginger lemonade
Two large lemon
a piece of ginger root (about 10-15 cm)
Two liters of chilled drinking water.
Lemons carefully my ginger clean. Sliced lemon and ginger into large pieces and ground in a blender. We spread all in a jug, fill with water and insist hour. Add the sugar and filtered.
