American Pancakes with cream
3 pieces of chicken egg
A 10% cream 500ml
Wheat flour 300g
6 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt
Soda ½ teaspoon
Maple syrup to taste
1. Separate the yolks from the whites, whites, beat with salt.
2. mix the yolks with the sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, to the same – soda portions add cream and flour, stir whisk.
3. Adding to the resulting mass of beaten egg whites.
4. Heat the frying pan and ladle pour the dough. It need not be distributed over the entire pan, pancakes turn out to 10-12 cm in diameter. The oil is not used, as in the test for sufficient fat frying.
