Recipe Apple pie
1.5 cups of flour
1.5 cups of sour cream
0.5 tsp baking soda
Apples 1 kg
Egg 1 pc
1 cup sugar
1. Grind the softened butter (130 g), and half a cup of sugar, add sour cream (half a glass) and soda (half a teaspoon).
2. Knead the soft dough. Share on bottom of greased split mold to form small ledges.
3. About 1 kg sour-sweet apples peeled and cleaned serdtsevinki. Cut arbitrarily.
4. Prepare fill: 1-1.5 cups of sour cream combine with one egg, mashed with 0.5 cups of sugar. Add 2 tablespoons of flour. Stir to avoid lumps.
5. Bake at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Ready cake to cool down completely leave in the oven (!!!) to fill “grabbed”. In hot or warm as it is falling apart.
