3 cloves garlic
Red bell pepper 1 piece
Onion 1 clove
Parsley chopped 3 tablespoons
Olive oil 150ml
Tomatoes 450 g
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
2. In a baking dish, mix the chopped zucchini, sliced ​​potatoes, thinly sliced ​​peppers, parsley, finely chopped garlic, chopped onion half rings, salt, black pepper, olive oil and chopped tomatoes. Smooth out the top and sprinkle with oregano.
