Recipe Banana buns
600 gr. flour
20 c. butter
0.5 high-speed pack of yeast (5 g.)
250 ml. milk
3 tbsp. spoons of sugar
1. Put the sponge: it in a glass of warmed milk dissolve sugar and yeast. Add gorstnya 2 flour and stir.
2. Put the brew to ferment in the heat, until it is in the amount of three times as much.
