Banana loaf


Condensed milk – 1/2 cans
Eggs – 1 pc.
Flour – 3 tbsp. l. with slide
Vanillin – 1 hour. L.
Disintegrant – 1 hour. L. (Or 1 hour. L. Slaked soda)

For the cream:

Condensed milk – 1/2 cans
Softened butter – 100 g (1/2 pack)

For the filling and decoration:

Banana big – 1 pc.
Chopped walnuts for sprinkling the finished roll – 2 handfuls


1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the egg, flour, condensed milk, vanilla and baking powder. The dough should have a fairly liquid.
3. On a greased baking tray lay a baking paper. On paper, pour the dough and flatten it so that the side commensurate with the length of a banana. Place the pan in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, wet kitchen towel and wring it well. And proceed to the preparation of the cream.
4. To this mix mixer softened butter and sweetened condensed milk in a separate bowl so that no lumps.
