Blueberry Casserole


Semolina – 2 tbsp. spoons
Cottage cheese – 500 gr
A pinch of salt
Eggs 2 pcs
Vanilla Sugar – 15 gr
Sugar – 100g
Butter 10 g
Blueberries – 200g

For the filling:
Sugar – 100g
Vanilla sugar – 15g
Eggs – 1 pc
Starch – 1 tbsp
Sour cream – 250 gr


1. Mash the cheese with a fork, add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and mix
2. Add the egg and semolina and mix well
3. Blueberries scroll in a blender and add to the cottage cheese and mix
4. Put into a form that greased with butter. Bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes
5. For the filling mix all ingredients, cover the casserole and bake for another 15 minutes. The finished casserole clean for several hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
