Bruschetta with beef, tomatoes and pesto

Ingredients


Rye bread 4 pieces
Sun-dried tomatoes 6 pieces
Arugula 40 g
Pesto 2 tablespoons
Beef tenderloin 300 g
Olive oil 80 ml
Salt to taste
Fresh pepper to taste


Instruction:

1. On a preheated grill pan pour a little olive oil and fry the steaks to desired doneness. Give the meat to rest and to stand for ten or fifteen minutes, then cut into thick slices about 2 mm.
2. Bread, drizzle with olive oil and roast in a pan too grill until crisp. Spread the slices of bread pesto, top with finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, meat and arugula. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
