Bruschetta with shrimp


Shrimps cooked peeled small 450 g
Tomatoes 2 pieces
Ketchup 2 tablespoons
Brown sugar 1 tablespoon
1 clove garlic
Parsley chopped 1 tablespoon
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Rice vinegar 1.5 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
French baguette 16 pieces


1. Leave the entire 16 shrimp and the remaining chopped and transfer to a bowl. Add the chopped tomatoes (1 cup), ketchup, brown sugar, chopped garlic and parsley. Pour olive oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir well, cover with foil and return to the refrigerator for a while.
2. Lightly drizzle with olive oil fry the bread slices on a grill or grill on both sides until golden brown.
