Bruschetta with tomatoes and basil
Ciabatta 1 piece
Tomatoes 6 pieces
Basil to taste
1 clove garlic
Olive oil 8 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1. Peel the tomatoes and cut the flesh into small pieces.
2. On a hot cast-iron grill pan with raised floor lay ciabatta (cut into 12 thick slices) and fry on both sides.
3. With a sharp knife to make a shallow incision 3 across each slice, rub the bread with garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Put the tomatoes and basil leaves on bruschetta, salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil again.
