I kneaded the dough in the bread machine. The ingredients are put to the test according to the instruction to your H / P.
I first laid dry: yeast, flour, salt, sugar, and then all the liquid – I connect all “liquid” ingredients in one bowl, and then pour everything into the x / n. The “test” – 2:00.
For those who do not have H / P, manual process of making dough:
To begin to make the brew – mix half the milk, water, a tablespoon of sugar and yeast. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Whisk to mix together the oil, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, egg. Add the remaining milk, salt, flour, vanilla essence, a good brew and all knead until smooth. Then cover with a tea towel and leave for 45 minutes in a warm place for your home. The dough should be doubled, before you can proceed to the next step. At this time, mix with a spoon all the ingredients for the filling to form a mixture looked like a wet beach sand. Prepare working surface. Stock up on flour to sprinkle a work surface and rolling pin.
The rising need to roll out the dough into a large rectangle about 7 mm thick. Spread stuffing evenly. Now, starting with a narrow edge, beginning to fold the dough into a very tight roll. Ready cut into slices about 4 cm in width. The resulting slices spread in great shape. We try, that between them there was still some space. Now, leave the form with the future rolls on for some time – they have to increase in size and fill the whole form already. Meanwhile Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. When the rolls have swelled, put them in the oven to normal operation, without which no grill and convection. Bake for about an hour until the buns lightly browned.
While the buns are baked, prepare the glaze. Mix equal parts cream cheese with powdered sugar, add a little lemon juice and a little milk to dilute. The resulting mixture was beat with a mixer. The consistency should get something similar to a low-fat sour cream. Ready muffins from the oven and immediately pour the glaze.
