Cannelloni with bolognese sauce
Cannelloni pasta 500g
Minced beef 500 g
Tomato paste 400g
Onion 1 piece
Sea salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Cheese 200 g
Olive oil to taste
Dry red wine 1 tablespoon
Basil leaves to taste
1. Let’s start with the sauce. Onions fried in a pan with olive oil. Add ground beef, divide it into small particles shovel, salt and pepper. When the beef is almost ready, add the tomatoes and tomato paste (depending on the season). At the end put the basil, you can add a tablespoon of red wine. Your sauce should be liquid, paste to fill in the form.
