Recipe Cheese soup with rice


Chicken fillet – 500 g
Processed cheese – 400 g
Rice – 150 g
Potatoes – 400 g
Carrots – 150 g
Onion – 150g
Salt and pepper – to taste
Greens – to taste


1. Chicken pour 3 liters of water, salt and pepper and cook until tender, about 20 minutes after boiling. When the fillet is ready, it should be removed.
2. In the boiling broth to fill the rice, cook for 10 minutes. Mince the onion. Carrots grate.
3. Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes or cubes. The meat cut into small pieces.
4. In the broth add potatoes. Add the onions and carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Then add the meat and cook potatoes until tender. Add the cheese, mix well and remove from heat. When serving sprinkle with herbs.
