Recipe Chicken breast with mushrooms and cheese
Chicken breasts – 4 pieces
Mushrooms – 400g
Hard cheese – 140 g
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
Flour – 35 g
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken broth – 120 ml
Balsamic vinegar – 1/4 tsp
Thyme – 1/2 tsp
Cornstarch – 3 tsp
Cut the breast lengthwise into halves.
Clean and chop the mushrooms.
Finely grate the cheese.
Mix the flour, salt and black pepper.
Roll the mixture into the breast on both sides.
Fry in a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes on both sides.
Then, place the breasts on a plate.
Place the mushrooms in a pan fry a little, add the spices and broth. Cook for 7 minutes.
Then add the starch and cook a few more minutes until most of the moisture evaporates and the sauce would be a bit thick.
Sauces put on the plate.
Return the pan to spread the breast on top of them put the mushrooms and cheese.
Cover with lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
