Recipe Chicken fillet with cheese and herbs
chicken – 4 pieces
cheese – 200g
herbs – 100g (my green onions and dill)
Turmeric – 1 / 2ch.l.
Garlic – 2 cloves
milk – 4st.l.
vegetable (or cream), butter – 2 tbsp
salt, ground black pepper
1. For the stuffing chop the herbs and mix with cottage cheese; add milk, turmeric, sagging through a press garlic, salt and black pepper.
2. In each chicken fillet to make a deep cut to form a pocket. Fillet of stuff the stuffing.
3. smear each fillet with vegetable or melted butter. Roll in breadcrumbs.
4. Place the fillets in a refractory form and bake at 200 Celsius degree for 20 minutes, basting occasionally precipitated juice.
