Recipe Chicken fillet with mushrooms
500 gr. chicken
300 gr. champignons
200 gr. onions
Parsley or dill
1 tbsp. Spoon tomato paste
Salt and black pepper
Oil for frying
1. Cut the onion half rings, mushrooms – not thick slices. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes.
2. Fry the onions in the hot oil. Adding to it the mushrooms and roasted them for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the chicken, salt and pepper our meal. Mix, cover with a lid and cook about 20-25 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with herbs and serve with your favorite side dish.
