Recipe Chicken patties with cheese
chicken – 300 g
cheese – 2 pcs.
Egg – 2 pcs.
mayonnaise (cream) – 2 tbsp. l.
potato starch – 2 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil (for frying)
salt and pepper – to taste
How to cook chicken cutlets with cheese:
Diced chicken and cheese. Philae will be cut better with a little freeze.
Add eggs, mayonnaise, starch, pepper, salt and herbs. Mix everything.
Pour into the pan a little vegetable oil. Heat and hot pan with a spoon to spread the cutlets.
Cutlets quickly browned. Flip them over with a spatula on the other side.
Try a long time to roast, that would not dry up.
