Chicken with olives and Greek cakes
10 chicken drumsticks (I had very little)
3 fresh tomatoes (or its own juice)
3-4 cloves garlic
olives (me as always – with Lemon)
oil for frying
Fry the tibia 2 minutes on each side. Put in a bowl. Tomatoes pour over boiling water, remove skin and cut into small cubes. Onions cut into half rings. Garlic crushed. In a bowl, where fried chicken, lay the tomatoes, onion and simmer 5 minutes. Add chicken. Cook another 15 minutes. Add the garlic, olives and herbs and leave for 10 minutes on low heat.
For Greek cakes:
175 ml of warm water
1/4 tsp yeast
1/4 tsp sugar
Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Give it a rest under a towel for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll tortillas. Fry in a dry frying pan.
