Cut chicken breasts in half and each half dip in beaten eggs.
Then place the breasts in the package with crushed crackers and mix well to cover the meat crumbs well.
Ready breasts out onto a plate.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and fry the chicken in it – 3-4 minutes on each side.
When breading acquire a nice golden brown, remove the meat from the pan and transfer to paper towels to absorb excess fat.
Then Put breasts in a deep pan.
Now, heat the olive oil and even sauté it crushed garlic, 1-2 minutes.
Then add the tomato paste and dry basil, and cook, stirring, over low heat for 8 minutes.
Add butter and stir to melt it.
Pour over chicken breasts one third of the tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and cover with foil and return to oven for 30 minutes.
While preparing breasts, cook spaghetti.
Strain the water and place in a pan of spaghetti with tomato sauce.
Mix and keep on the low heat, just to spaghetti were warm. After 30 minutes, remove the pan with the chicken from the oven and lay on top of the meat slices of mozzarella.
