Recipe Chocolate muffins in half an hour
300 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
75 g of cut pieces of cold butter
150 ml of cold milk
dark chocolate (60%) – the number depends on how much you love chocolate
1 egg (beat for lubrication)
Heat the oven to 210 C, Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
Mix flour with baking powder, soda, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Hands rub oil into the flour mixture.
Pour in the milk and knead the dough. Mash it on the board, floured, roll out into a rectangle, and a thickness of 3 mm.
Cut the rectangle into 12 equal parts, and each lay out pieces of chocolate (the more the better :)).
Wrap the chocolate dough and press gently on the edges to secure. Put rolls on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg each. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the muffins from the oven and serve with coffee and milk.
