Thick hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows
Corn starch (maize) 2 teaspoons
4 cups milk
Dark Chocolate 200g
Honey 0.3 cups
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Pinch of salt
Cream whipped sweet taste
Marshmallow in taste
1. In a small bowl, mix the starch and 0.5 cups of milk.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the milk, but do not let it boil. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate, honey, vanilla and salt. Mix well until smooth and add the starch. Again mix.
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, remove from heat and cool slightly (chocolate should thicken slightly when cool). Pour into cups and garnish with whipped cream and marshmallows.
