Coffee-banana smoothie from Starbucks
Bananas 2 pieces
A 1% Milk 1.5 cups
Low-fat yogurt 1 coffee bank
Ground cinnamon ¼ tsp
Walnut ground nutmeg pinch
1. Bananas cleaned, cut and cooled in the freezer.
2. Whisk in a blender banana, milk, yogurt, cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and, if desired, garnish with fresh mint or banana slices.
