Cookies “Ears” of puff pastry
dough (in our case from the store) – 400 g, two layers
1. Take a walk with a rolling pin on a nut, to just going into the dough. (Lightly!). Then mark the middle of the, well, wrap, as shown in the photo.
2. After the layers will be wrapped. Cut to cookies. Somewhere 1-1.5 cm in thickness. The same is done with a second layer of dough. If you do not have the nuts, just sprinkle sugar and cinnamon or vanilla sugar.
3. Bake at 200 ° C in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. When flushed – done!
