Recipe Cream cakes with chocolate
Ingredients for the dough:
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Wheat flour – 125 g
Sugar – 125 g
Cream (35% fat) – 100 g
Vanilla or a bag of vanilla sugar – 1 pod
Milk chocolate – 8 cloves
For the glaze:
Milk chocolate – 75 g
Butter – 75 g
Cocoa powder – 1 tbp.
The eggs are mixed with sugar and beat a few minutes until fluffy white mass.
Add the sifted flour. Pour in the cream, mixed with the pulp of vanilla or vanilla sugar. Stir.
Pour batter into a greased and sprinkled with flour molds, filling them about 2/3. In the center of each molds put a piece of chocolate. Fill the molds.
Bake for half an hour in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Ready-made biscuits, leave for a few minutes in the tins, and then lay out and chill.
For the glaze chocolate and melt the butter in the microwave or steam bath separately, then mix into a homogeneous mass, add cocoa powder. Pour warm frosting cakes.
