Cream soup from lentils

Ingredients


Red lentils 300 g
Onion 1 clove
Tomato 1 piece
Carrots 2 pieces
2 cloves garlic
3 pieces of white bread
Ginger root 10 g


Instruction:

1. Boil the lentils.
2. Onions and tomatoes are coarsely chopped.
3. Carrot coarsely grate. Ginger small.
4. Finely chop the garlic.
5. All fry vegetables in a skillet.
6. Add to the lentils in a saucepan.
7. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
8. All the blender to grind.
