Crispy potato slices in spices


Potatoes 6 pieces
Crackers 25 g of crushed
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Chives 2 teaspoons
Salt large 1 teaspoon
Dried garlic powder ¼ teaspoon
½ teaspoon Rosemary


1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cut each potato into 8 slices and mix with vegetable oil.
2. Mix the breadcrumbs, chopped chives, salt, garlic and chopped rosemary. Mix with potatoes, spices to fully cover the slices evenly.
3. Put the potatoes on a greased baking sheet and roast for 40 minutes until crisp and golden state.
