Crispy snacks


● 2 thin lavash
● 2 pickled cucumbers
● 300g cabbage
● 1 small onion
● 1 medium carrot
● 4 tbsp vegetable oil
● mayonnaise to taste
● salt


Cole embarks on a grater. Carrots are clean and rub on a grater for Korean carrot. It also indulges pickles directly with the skin – after a float it does not seem hard. Cut the onion. Scalded with boiling water and drain straight through for 2-3 minutes – so the bitterness gone, but the crunch will! Cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, onions dressed with mayonnaise (not much here). In the first half of lavash spread the filling, flavored with a little mayonnaise (when minimized roll it will spread as it should) and prisalivaem.

Fold into a roll. By and large, it is already possible to simply cut and eat. But there is a much better option! Preheat pan over high heat with a little oil. A few minutes later spread rolls “seam” down. Fry on each side and on high heat for two minutes straight. During this time the pita acquire appetizing appearance and wonderful taste, and vegetables in the stuffing does not have time to extinguish and remain crunchy.
