Crispy snacks

Ingredients:

● 2 thin lavash
● 2 pickled cucumbers
● 300g cabbage
● 1 small onion
● 1 medium carrot
● 4 tbsp vegetable oil
● mayonnaise to taste
● salt

Preparation:

Cole embarks on a grater. Carrots are clean and rub on a grater for Korean carrot. It also indulges pickles directly with the skin – after a float it does not seem hard. Cut the onion. A few minutes later spread rolls “seam” down. Fry on each side and on high heat for two minutes straight.
