Recipe Curd muffins


Curd (dry) 250 g
Butter 150 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Vanilla sugar (8 g) 1 package
Sugar 150 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Flour 200 g


1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, add to them melted and cooled butter, curd mix well.
2. Pour the flour sifted with baking powder, salt, mix well.
3. The dough is spread out on the muffin tins, filling them to the 2/3 volume. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
