Recipe Curly cake with jam

You will need:
Two chicken eggs
Three cups flour
200 grams of margarine or butter
One cup of sugar
A little pinch of vanillin
One teaspoon of baking powder to the test
200 grams of jam

How to cook:
1. Melt the margarine in a water bath or butter. Cool it. We put the heat up to 200 degrees oven. Pour into a bowl of sugar, pour the melted butter to it, vanillin, break the eggs and mix thoroughly all interfere.

2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and begin to gradually introduce it in the resulting mass in a bowl. Knead the dough and divide it into two unequal parts. Part of that will be less put in the freezer for an hour.

3. Now the second part is uniformly spread on a baking sheet and place on top a layer of jam. Dub it gently with a spoon. Then we pull out the second part of the test with the freezer and rub it through a large grater to jam. Put the baking sheet for 20 minutes in the oven. At the expiration of the time we obtain sand pie oven and served in the form of heat to the table.
