Recipe Dairy halva
I offer to cook interesting and delicious halva with milk.
wheat flour 125g
Melt butter over low heat. Add flour, fry thoroughly stirring, until creamy. Milk boil sugar. Pour the hot milk in a thin stream, in batches in hot flour, stirring constantly. Cook for another 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. From the slightly cooled mass (mass will be like clay) rolled up small balls, if desired, you can roll in chopped nuts, coconut flakes, cookies and so on.
At night, I put into the refrigerator, but very tasty both warm and cold milk halva.
