You will need:

Ingredients for the dough:

For the sponge:
1 cup flour 140g
1 \ 2 cup of water (120 ml)
1 tsp fresh yeast (10 g)

2 cups flour (280 g)
3 eggs

1 \ 3 cup of sugar (70 grams)

How to cook:

1. Preparation of the dough:
