Doughnuts with frosting
0.5 cups powdered sugar
2 h. L. vanilla extract (you can substitute vanilla or vanilla sugar – I did with vanilla sugar)
0.5 cups milk
2 cups flour
2 h. L. baking powder
For the chocolate glaze:
100 g chocolate
3 tbsp. l. water
1 tbsp. l. butter
100g caster sugar
For decoration you can use various creams and glazes, coconut, confectionery colorful sprinkling etc., and to make the donuts desired shape can be used:
for outer circle – the trimmed bottle diameter of about 10 cm, e.g.
for internal – cap from the bottle.
First warm up the oven to ° 200C. While the oven heats up, mash in a bowl of vanilla sugar and egg.
Add powder and melted butter, mix thoroughly.

The dough should have a pretty thick and viscous. We will cover it with cling film and put in 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
We’ll get the dough and knead until then, until it becomes smooth and elastic (you can add flour). Roll it into a thick layer of ≈ 1 cm and form the donuts.

Place in oven for 15-20 minutes. Donuts should increase at a rate twice and brown.
As they cool down to room temperature, prepare the glaze. Break the chocolate into pieces, add a little hot water will be heated up until the chocolate has dissolved. Then add the melted butter and powdered sugar, mash into a uniform frosting.
