Fettuccine with melted brie, cherry tomatoes and basil
Brie cheese 300g
2 cloves garlic
Olive oil extra virgin 6 tablespoons
Cherry tomatoes 300g
Basil leaves 7 tablespoons
½ lemon pieces
Pasta fettuccine 400 g
1. brie, cut the crust and cheese cut into cubes. Transfer to a bowl and add the chopped garlic, olive oil, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped basil and grated zest and juice of 0.5 lemons. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Leave for 10 minutes.
2. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until tender. Drain and return to pan. Add mass with brie, stir and serve.
