Fettuccine with shrimp in cream sauce
Pasta fettuccine 400 g
Shrimps cooked peeled 300 g
Cream 20% -s 200 ml
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Butter 25 g
Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
Grated Parmesan cheese 3 tablespoons
Parsley chopped 1 tablespoon
A pinch of dried basil
Basil leaves 4 pieces
1. Bring water to a boil, add salt to throw shrimp and cook for 5-6 minutes. At the same time in a frying pan fry the flour in butter, then add the cream, chopped parsley and boil down to third.
2. Cooked shrimp to pass into the cup and allow to cool. In the same water in which they are cooked, throw the fettuccine and cook time recommended on the package to the state of al dente (it takes me 6 minutes). Tilt in a colander.
3. Clean shrimp (if necessary), most of them shift to the pan with the sauce, it is sent and fettuccine. Add the basil, dry, warm minute, and spread on a plate.
4. Garnish with remaining prawns, basil leaves and a sprig of parsley, if desired sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
