Fitness recipe: omelette with zucchini
The perfect breakfast recipe – quick and helpful.
– 2 eggs
– 80 g zucchini
– 1 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil
1. Squash rub strips.
2. Fry the zucchini until tender.
3. Shake eggs with salt and herbs and pour over zucchini mixture.
4. Cover with a lid, so that the eggs quickly grabbed.
5. Cut into portions and serve hot.
