Fragrant masala tea


3 cups water
Clove 4 pieces
Ground Cinnamon pinch
Walnut nutmeg pinch
A pinch of cardamom powder
Fresh Ginger ½ tablespoon
1 cup milk
Brown sugar 2 teaspoons
Black tea 1 teaspoon


1. Boil the water to boil, add spices: cloves (you can crush fingers 5 tops and legs are not used at all), cinnamon (other than ground, you can add a couple of sticks), cardamom, nutmeg (it is possible and in this, and in this form). Boil for 10 minutes.
2. While spices are cooked, finely chop a piece of ginger to get Paul tablespoon chopped pulp (amateurs can increase the amount of ginger to a whole tablespoon, then turn masala burning). Add the ginger into the water.
3. After 3 minutes, add milk, sugar and boil for another 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat.
4. Add the tea (preferably Indian varieties of Darjeeling or Assam) – let it brew for three minutes and serve.
