Fricasee from Buccinidae
Buccinidae 500 g
Cherry tomatoes 250g
Dried basil 25 g
Basil 25 g
Olive oil 100 g
Garlic 50 g
Salt to taste
1. Buccinidae clear and incision in half. Lightly fry in olive oil on one side then flip over.
