Recipe Garlic potatoes
· 5 potatoes
· 100 grams of soft butter
· 5 tablespoons grated Parmesan
· 1 tablespoon sour cream
· 3 peeled and crushed garlic cloves
· 3 tbsp parsley finely chopped
