Ginger 50 g
1. At moderate heat to dissolve the sugar in a glass of water, mixed with grated ginger and bring the mixture to a boil.
2. Remove the pan from the heat and let it rest for ten minutes, to the syrup as it should insist on the ginger.
3. Then add to the syrup, and lemon juice four remaining water, mix and serve with plenty of ice.
