Ginger tea with honey and lemon
2 tablespoons honey
Water 1 liter
Ginger in taste
Fresh ginger (about 10 cm), peel and cut into thin slices. Put into a saucepan, add water and cook for 20 minutes (for a strong tea – longer). Add honey or brown sugar, pour into the kettle through a sieve. Serve and garnish with a slice of lemon.
