Roast in the oven golden cauliflower
Cauliflower 1.3 kg
Olive oil extra virgin 2 tbsp
¼ teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
2. Divide the cauliflower into small florets and transfer to a large bowl. Add the olive oil and salt and mix well. Spread an even layer on a baking sheet and send it in the oven, stirring occasionally, for 25-35 minutes, until soft and golden brown.
