Recipe Hamburger buns

– 1 egg
– 200 ml of milk
– 1/2 tsp. Dried yeast
– 1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar
– a pinch of salt
– 1 tbsp. tablespoon of vegetable oil
– 360 grams of flour
– Sesame


1. In the warm milk add sugar and yeast, stir, to drive the egg, add the butter and mix well with a mixer or a whisk.
2. Add flour and salt and knead the dough.
