Hash browns on yogurt

Ingredients


Yogurt ½ l
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Wheat flour 2 cups
Soda 1 teaspoon


Instruction:

1. Yogurt mix sugar, salt, baking soda, add flour gradually so as to obtain the dough the consistency of thick cream.
2. Spread a tablespoon of batter onto a hot skillet (oil vegetable oil or butter, if desired), literally fry for a few minutes on both sides until browning.
