Hotcakes (American pancakes)
Chicken egg 1 piece
Wheat flour 5 tablespoons
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1. Mix all the ingredients with a fork or whisk (should get enough thick dough).
2. Preheat a frying pan with non-stick coating.
3. In a medium heat to dry the pan pour the batter.
4. Close the cover glass.
5. Wait for the appearance of bubbles, and the surface is still wet.
6. Turn the oven and under the hood. Each pancake is prepared less than 1 minute.
