Do not laugh, but literally from the Italian name of the closed half-moon shaped pizza calzone is translated as … “pants” or “pants”.

– 160 ml of water
– 5 g yeast speed
– 2 tsp salt
– 25 ml extra virgin olive oil
– 250 g of flour of soft varieties of fine grinding

For the tomato sauce:

– 100 ml of chopped tomatoes in juice
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbp. oregano
– 1/2 tbp sugar
– salt pepper

For filling:

– 100 grams of mushrooms
– 2 cloves garlic
– 100 g ham
– 4 tbsp. l. olive oil
– A handful of spinach
– 125 g mozzarella
– salt pepper


1. Prepare the dough. The warm water Dissolve the yeast and salt. Add the butter and stir.
2. Sift the flour mound on the work surface, in the middle make a small indentation and slowly pour warm water with the yeast.
3. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic and no longer sticks to the hands. Roll the dough into a ball, place in a bowl, cover with a towel or foil and store in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
4. Prepare the sauce. To do this, the chopped tomatoes in juice, mix with olive oil, oregano, add salt, pepper and sugar. Mix well and set aside.
5. Clean the mushrooms and cut pollution from large slices. Peel the garlic and cut into thin rings. Cut into large slices ham.
6. In a well heated pan, pour olive oil for frying. Fry the mushrooms in it for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Add the ham, garlic and stir fry for another half a minute. Add the spinach leaves and remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the spinach and let settle.
7. When the dough is suitable, roll it on a floured surface into a circle with a diameter of about 40 cm.
8. Half of the formation, stepping back from the edge 1.5 cm, put the filling, pour the tomato sauce on top, put the slices of mozzarella.
9. Cover the pizza dough and the other half Pinch edges. Preheat oven to 230 C. Pizza pass on the laid parchment baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown. Pizzas, remove from the oven, let stand for 3-4 minutes and serve, sprinkled with olive oil.
