Italian hot chocolate


0.6 cups cream
1 teaspoon arrowroot
1 tablespoon sugar
4 pieces of orange peel
Black Chocolate 70% 60g


1. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of cream and arrowroot.
2. Pour the remaining cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the sugar, then the arrowroot mixture and simmer for a little less than a minute, until the mixture begins to thicken.
3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in chopped chocolate until smooth.
4. Pour into cups, garnish with zest and serve immediately.
