Recipe Julien in a bun
200 gr. chicken breast
250 gr. champignons
1 small onion
100-150 gr. cheese
salt, ground black pepper to taste
1 tsp. Of flour
2-3 tbsp. Spoon sour cream
6-7 small round buns
1. fillets cut into small cubes, chop the onion fine half rings, mushrooms, cleaned and cut into thin slices, cheese grate.
2. rolls neatly cut off the top, remove the midway, leaving not too thick walls.
3. Onions fry until transparent in the hot oil, add the mushrooms, cook until the liquid has evaporated, add the separately roasted, salt, pepper, flour and sour cream, stir and cook over low heat for 2 minutes until thickened julienne.
4. The oven heat to 180 degrees, fill muffin julienne warm, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Keep in the oven until the cheese melts.
