Recipe Julienne in tartlets


Chicken breast (cooked) 400 g
Mushrooms (fresh) 400 g
Onions – 2 pieces
Cheese (creamy, not too hard) 300 g
Cream (20%) – 500 ml
Wheat flour – 2 tbsp. l.


1. Mushrooms, onion, finely chopped breast and fry until evaporation of excess fluid.
2. Add the cream and slowly introduce the flour to thickened
3. Arrange for tartlets
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in oven until crust (about 10 minutes – 15).
