Lasagna Bolognese with cheese provolone


Minced beef 1 kg
Celery 2 pieces
Onions 2 heads
Carrot 1 piece
Olive oil 100ml
Tomatoes 500 g
4 cloves garlic
Parsley to taste
Green basil to taste
Sheets of lasagna ready dry 500 g
Provolone cheese 300g
Parmesan cheese 100g
Butter 50 g
Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
200ml milk
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste


1. Make the sauce bolognese and bechamel sauce.
2. The bottom of the refractory shape grease with butter, smudge evenly over the surface of bechamel sauce, then put 2 sheets of lasagne. Top with layer of bolognese sauce and sprinkle with grated provolone and pour the bechamel sauce, but not too thickly. Again, put the sheets of lasagna. 3. On top of the last layer of cheese grate.
4. Heat oven to 190 degrees and put the lasagna for 30 minutes.
